A meeting of the Scout/Guide Sub-Committee of the Bharat Scouts & Guides has been fixed to be held at  the National Headquarters, Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16, M. G. Marg, I. P. Estate, New Delhi – 110 002 on 18th March, 2010 at  11.00 A. M.

 

You are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting as scheduled.

  1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the last meeting of Scout//Guide Sub-Committee held at NHQ on 16.03.2009.
  2. Business Arising (Action Taken Report).
  3. Appraisal of the Performance of various sections, of the Movement.
  4. Consideration of the recommendations of the State Level Executives Meet held at NHQ from 15th March to 17th March 2010.
  5. Consideration of the proposed scheduled of events to be held during the year 2010-2011.
  6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
