  1. Consideration of Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year 2008-09 and recommendation to the National Executive Committee for onward transmission to the National Council for its approval.

 

  1. Consideration of the Revised Budget for the year 2009-2010 and Budget Estimate for the year 2010-2011 and recommendation to the National Executive Committee for onward transmission to the National Council for its approval.

 

  1. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
