03.  Consideration of the Annual Report for the year 2008-09 for further recommendation to the National Council for its approval.

 

04.  Consideration of the recommendations of the Finance Committee held on 7th September 2009 at 11.00 A. M.

 

05.  Consideration of the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year 2008-09 and recommendation for approval of the National Council.

 

06.  Consideration and recommendation of Revised Budget for the year 2009-2010 and Estimated Budget for the year 2010-2011 for approval of the National Council.

 

07.  Fixation of the Date of the National Council Meeting in consultation with the President.

 

08.  To approve the recommendations made by the Award Committee for the year 2008-09.

 

09.  To consider the recommendations of Supply Service Sub-Committee Meeting held on 07th September 2009 at 2.30 P. M.

 

10.  (i) A report on the Conference of the State Chief Commissioners, State

           Commissioners (Scouts & Guides) and State Secretaries held at Bangalore on

           27th and 28th June 2009.

     (ii) A report on the celeberation of 100 years of Scouting in India with reference to  

           action taken at National Headquarters and also at State level. 

 

11.  Update on 16th National Jamboree proposed to be held at Shankarapally, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh from 06-12 November 2009.

 

12.  Update on 7th SAF Scout Friendship Camp proposed to be held at National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana from 20-26 November 2009.

 

13.  Presentation on proposed action plan on Centenary of Girl Guiding.

 

14.  Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
