9TH INDONESIAN ROVER MOOT .
Dear
Sir/Madam,
We are happy to inform you
that that the Gerakan Pramuka Indonesia is hosting the 9th
Indonesian Rover Moot at Cibubur National Scout Campsite, Jakarta Timur,
Jakarta Province, Indonesia from 27 June to 7 July 2008.
Below are the basic information of the 9th

Jakarta. |

Eligibility |
The Moot is for Rover Scout,aged 16-25 years old. |

“Strengthening Brotherhood and building the Spirit
of the Nation for the World peace” |

Programme |
2008 is the year of Rover Scout of Indonesia, and
also the year to party and gather of Rover Scout to gathering. Celebrated the 100 years of National Awakening. In general the Moot activities are focused for the
development of the public relation of Moot participants, i.e.Mental,
physical, intellectual, spiritual and social development of the participant
as an individual as well as a member of the community. A variety of Rover Scout activities will be
provided for the Moot participants, i.e.:

Moot services
|
All essential services including moot hospital,
banking ,postal and communication facilities will be available at the Moot
site. |
Moot Fee
|
US$ 150, per person. The fee covers food rations for 10 days,
transportation from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta to the
Moot site vice-versa, accommodation in tents, Moot souvenirs (scarf, badge,
handbook, etc.), and activities. Special for home hospitality, you must request to
join that programme. Sleeping bag and personal camping equipment should be
brought by the participants. |

Weather
|
Naturally the weather in Jakarta is hot. Average
temperature ranges from 22 to 28 degrees Celsius. And the season on event is
dry season. Elevation of the campsite is 50 meters above sea level. |
What to bring
|
The participants are requested to bring Scout
uniform, National Flag, National Scout Flag, sleeping bag, personal kit,
trousers and other relevant camp items. |

the nominations of the eligible participants on the prescribed proforma to the
National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, New Delhi latest by 25th
May 2008.
