The
following are the Camp Plan for the 24th International Agoonoree
Camp for the Disabled 2008, Korea are as follows:
Name: The 24th
International Agoonoree Camp for the Disabled 2008, Korea.
Objectives: 1. To provide the disabled
with the opportunity to overcome their own handicap and to promote self- esteem
and self- confidence through the Camping life.
2. To promote international
friendship, girl scouting experiences and skills through camp activities and
team work.
Date: 5th June
(Thursday) to 8th June (Sunday) 2008.
Venue: Bomoon
Youth Center in Gyeongju, Korea.
Nearest Airport: Gimhae
International Airport in Busan.
Hosted by: Gyeongbuk Provincial Council,
Girl Scouts of Korea.
Expected
Participants: 1000 people including the
disabled and non-disabled youth/Leaders/Staff. (No limits to the number of
overseas participants)
Cost: US$ 200 i.e. Indian
Rs.8000/- approx per person to include meals, accommodation, program and camp
souvenirs. (It is not included international and domestic airfare to arrive at
Gimhae International Airport).
Airfare: Rs30,000/-

and humid with an average temperature of 22.C (72.F). It may be cool at night
and warm clothes are to be prepared.
Hope your state will take full advantage of this Camp to improve the qualities as well as quantities growth of the state. Accept in Principle form duly recommended by state should reach National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, New Delhi. before 31st March 2008.
