SUB: Invitation to International Guide Camp 2008.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind information that Girl Guides Association of Malaysia extends a warm invitation to Bharat Scouts & Guides to send Six girls and Two Leaders for International Guide Camp 2008 to celebrate the 90^th Anniversary of Girl Guiding in Malaysia.

The following particulars in this connection are given below:

Date: 17^th to 22^nd August 2008

Venue: Ulu Kenas Forest Reserve & Nation Building Camp at Kaula Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia.

Theme: Think About Water.

Age (Girls): 13 to 15 years old.

Expenditure: 1. USD 250.00 per person (Inclusive of activities and excursion charges).

2. A non- refundable deposit of USD 100.00 per person is required by 20^th April 2008.

3. The remaining USD 150.00 per person is to be paid by 1^st July 2008.

Activities: An exciting programme for the participants. Girls will indulge in water-based activities, adventurous courses, Crafts, Dances, Community work, offsite visits, excursions etc.

Caution Money: Rs.3000/- (to be deposited at NHQ)

Approx. Air Fare: Rs. 21000/- (Subject to change according to availability of seats)

Home Hospitality: Home Hospitality will be available for 2 nights before and after the event if required.

In order to apply please fill up the attached form. The completed form should be returned by 20^th April 2008 along with the non-refundable deposit USD 100/- to National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, New Delhi.
