Sub:- Look Wide… Worldwide, 2008.

 

Dear Sir / Madam,

            With reference to the Sangam International Center that there is a golden opportunity for Guides / Guiders to meet sisters all over the world to share the experience & cultural exchange in the following event. The details are as follows.

 

Name of the Event                : Look Wide… Worldwide, 2008.  

Theme                                     :  Capture the spirit of International friendship during world Thinking Day.

Date                                         : From  20th  – 29th February, 2008.

Location                                   : Sangam World Centre, WAGGGS,

                                                  Alandi Road, Yerawada, Pune – 411 006, India.

Quota Allotted                          : Two (2)

Who can attend                       : Senior Guide / Ranger Leader below 30 years, who have not been to  Sangam before and offered the Scholarship.

                                                   Knowledge of English is Compulsory.

Programmes and Activities : As Girls Scouts and Girl Guides we are members of a worldwide movement that is 10 million voices strong ! Learn what WAGGGS has to offer its Girls and Women and how each member organization carries the spirit of WAGGGS in its programmes. Learn how to incorporate WAGGGS resources into your activities at home, teaching girls about International Guiding and Scouting. With Friends from around the world, explore Indian culture, meet Local Bharat Scouts & Guides, Learn New Games and Activities, and Capture the spirit of International Friendship as we share World Thinking Day together.        

Expenditure                            : Rs. 1200/- Booking Fees to participate in the Name of Sangam World Center ( Demand Draft).

Travelling Expenditure by self to reach Sangam.

                                                Event Fees Scholarship (One time basis)

   Last Date                               : 10th February, 2008.

                                       

Kindly send the applications along with the registration & Health forms with 03  Photographs (in uniform) to National Headquarters for confirmation through state by 10th Feb, 2008. First come first served basis (along with Demand Draft).
