Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            We are pleased to inform you that the World Organization of the Scout Movement/Asia- Pacific Region in collaboration with the National Scout Organization of Thailand is organizing the APR Seminar on Youth Involvement.

 

            This seminar is being organized following the Regional Plan 2009- 2012 under the priority area of Young People.

Aim

:

To gather key leaders of National Scout organizations to discuss and share strategies and promising practices on how to increase youth involvement in all levels of the organization, in terms of institutional and educational decision-making process.

 

Objectives

:

LEARN

  • To define what is meant by Youth Involvement in Scouting;
  • To discuss promising practices from National Scout Organizations on youth involvement in all levels of the organizations, in terms of institutional and educational decision-making process;

FEEL

  • To recognize the importance of increasing youth involvement in all levels of the organizations, in terms of institutional and educational decision-making process.

DO

  • To develop strategies on how to increase youth involvement in all levels of the organization, in terms of institutional and educational decision-making process.

 

Registration Fee

:

US$150.00, which will include local transportation, food, accommodation of five nights, seminar documents, souvenirs, educational tour, etc.
