SUB: Identifying young representatives for AIDS 2008

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is for your kind information that in Nov 2007 a WAGGGS consultant working on AIDS Toolkit visited the Bharat Scouts & Guides to gather information on the projects run in BS&G resources provided to assist in the projects. In continuation, they are pleased to invite the Bharat Scouts & Guides to submit application for International AIDS conference, which will be held in Mexico City from 3rd to 8th August 2008.

            These are the criteria for the representative:-

  1. aged between 18 to 24 as of 3rd August 2008.
  2. be very knowledgeable about AID Projects (S) in their Country.
  3. speak fluent English.
  4. able to attend for the entire week.
  5. has experience with presentations and workshops
  6. is able to present proof of age in form of an official, state or institute  issued document proving photocopy of Passport, National Photo, I.D card or Driver’s License.

In order to apply for a grant she needs to fit the criteria and fill in the attached form. The completed form should be returned by 8th February 2008 to The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi.

The selection will be done and result will be announced by the end of March 2008.
