Subject: Celebration of State Days during 2^nd Special National Jamboree at Burari.

Sir,

It has been observed that State Associations celebrate their State Days during the Jamboree and present their programmes before the invited guests. Many a time there-four states or more than that have the programme same day.

The invited guests have to rush to go to different places and lot of inconvenience is caused to organizers as well as the guests.

It has, therefore been decided that the jamboree organizer will provide a shamiana at the central place at Jamboree arena and all state functions will be held at this place. The States will have to reserve the place on payment for celebration of their state days.

This will facilitate effective participation and programme presentation.
